We’ll use movement, play, interaction, and gentle prompts to create a gallery filled with both beautifully guided portraits and the in-between moments that often become your favorites.
Sessions take place at carefully selected outdoor locations throughout Indianapolis and Central Indiana, with Lafayette area sessions also available.

Your living room, dining room, or another suitable space is temporarily transformed with professional lighting and a clean backdrop to create timeless, studio-quality family portraits without your family having to go anywhere.
These sessions are intentionally guided, with flattering posing and direction throughout, while still leaving room for the natural interactions that make your family uniquely yours. The result is a beautiful mix of classic portraits and genuine connection designed to look just as beautiful on your walls years from now.

OUTDOOR FAMILY SESSIONS BEGIN AT $590
Each family portrait experience is thoughtfully planned around your family. A $300 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date and is applied toward your selected collection.
Your experience includes personalized session planning, a pre-session questionnaire, wardrobe guidance and styling assistance, and your fully guided photography session.
In-home studio sessions also include professional lighting, backdrop setup, and everything needed to transform a space in your home into a beautiful portrait studio.
Your collection includes a curated number of professionally edited digital images, with the option to purchase additional photographs and heirloom artwork.

The Family Photography Experience
What to expect before, during and after booking
STEP 1: INQUIRY
Your experience begins by submitting an inquiry. I’ll reach out via email with availability, collection details, and everything you need to choose the family photography experience that feels right for you.
STEP 2: PLANNING YOUR SESSION
Once your session is reserved, you’ll receive a pre-session questionnaire so I can learn more about your family, your children, and what you envision for your photographs.
As your Indianapolis family photographer, I’ll guide you through wardrobe choices, location, styling, and session preparation so you never have to wonder what to wear or what to expect.
Whether you choose an outdoor candid session or an in-home studio experience, every detail is thoughtfully planned around your family.
STEP 3: YOUR FAMILY SESSION
This is where you get to simply enjoy your family.
For outdoor sessions, expect movement, laughter, snuggles, play, and gentle direction rather than stiff posing. I’ll guide you throughout the entire session while allowing the genuine interactions between your family to unfold naturally.
For in-home studio sessions, I bring the portrait experience directly to you, including professional lighting, backdrop, and everything needed to create polished, timeless family portraits without leaving home.
You don’t need perfectly behaved children. You don’t need to know how to pose. That’s my job.
Your only job is to show up and love on your people.
STEP 4: YOUR GALLERY
Within approximately one week of your session, you’ll receive a private proofing gallery where you can choose the photographs you love most.
Your collection your purchase determines the number of digital images included, and additional photographs and heirloom artwork may be purchased if you simply can’t narrow down your favorites.
STEP 5: YOUR FINISHED PHOTOGRAPHS
Your selected photographs will be carefully hand-edited and delivered through a private online gallery approximately 3–6 weeks after your selections are finalized.
If you choose heirloom artwork, I’ll also guide you through selecting pieces designed to turn your favorite photographs into something tangible for your home.
Because these photographs aren’t just for today.
They’re for the version of you who will someday wish your children were this little again.
