Brenaya is a premier newborn photographer based in Lincoln, NE. She captures newborns in her at home studio on the South Side of Lincoln, she also captures newborns in the hospitals around the state of Nebraska.
She is avaialable for in-home travel sessions as well.Β
Your Lincoln, Nebraska Newborn Session Experience
Your precious new baby will be here before you know it, thank you for considering Brenaya Faye Photography to document the most precious first moments with your baby that you will hold onto forever. Your newborn photography session will typically be held between 6-18 days after baby’s birth. This all depends on the wellness of both baby and Mama. Thus, I only need your due date to hold your spot at booking.
Β If you are looking to have a Fresh 48 session done in the hospital I’d love to chat as well!
Β Please allow 2-3 hours for the session time, newborn sessions are kept as simple as possible as I strive to keep the focus on your baby. I have many props, outfits, headbands & hats which are all are available for use during your session. Parent and siblings are always welcome to join in on the newborn photo session!
Β I only book a certain amount of newborns a month so please book in advance.
Β Is your baby older than 18 days old? That is perfectly fine! Older babies are such a delight to photograph too! Although infants that are under 18 days old are a little easier to pose, it is definitely still possible to get beautiful older newborn photos done! Typically their eye contact is spot on and oh so sweet! Many parents call me the baby-whisperer because of my gentle techniques to get even the most stubborn babies to take a snooze. They always say it must take a lot of patience and practice to be an amazingΒ Lincoln Newborn PhotographerΒ . Indeed it does but I love every second of it!
Newborn Photography Session Investment
Investment begins at $780
The Session Creative fee of $200 is due at the time of booking to secure your due date on the calendar and is deducted from your remaining balance.
This fee includes the planning and design consultation, portrait session time from beginning to end, use of client wardrobe, multiple outfits/looks, and one gallery ordering appointment. Once your booking fee and contract are complete, your due date is placed on the calendar which guarantees your session after the birth of baby.
Gallery viewing/image selections are done over zoom within 1 week following your session, during this time you would choose only the images you absolutely love and cannot live without. You will tailor your own collection to fit your needs and wants.

The Newborn Photography Session Process
Pre-Session Consultation:
Once you reach out via the contact form I will contact you via email.Β
We will discuss the details of a newborn session, the experience, and what is all included.
Newborn sessions are ONLY done on weekday mornings.
Weekend sessions -available for an additional fee.
The Session:Β
The day has arrived! I will have all of the newborn set ups ready to go. My approach is very simple and minimalist.
Neutrals are my go to as they are very timeless. I also have an array of color options for your newborn session set ups. Once you have completed the pre-session questionnaire with the color decisions, the studio will be set up and ready to go with your preferences.
All you have to do is have baby ready to shine and kick your feet up and relax.
Newborn photoshoots DO include parent poses as well as sibling poses!
Gallery Reveal:
The best part!
Approximately within 5-7 days following your newborn photography session, we will review your images over zoom and you will make your image selections for final edits and product orders to be done.
I will guide you through the process.
Delivery:
Your gorgeous products and/or digital images are ready to go to their forever home within 4-6 weeks from your gallery viewing appointment. I will reach out to you once your products have arrived and we will schedule a time for me to come hand deliver them to you! Yep you read that right! No need to have to come to me to pick them up I bring them right to your home. There is nothing more amazing than having tangible products which are now the focal points in your home for years to come.
